• Hands-on art direction and optimization of site graphics including icons, headers,
customer acquisition projects (email campaigns, pop-up windows, banners, etc) stock
photography research and purchasing.
• Established the design studio within the company from start-up stage. Created studio
guidelines, advised purchases on hardware, software, printing and architectural signage.

Responsible for all stages of corporate, consumer, B to B design and branding.
• Research and creation of website architecture, navigation, optimization and promotion.
• Created and art directed a new user interface for Mail.com’s consumer and e-commerce
presence. Interacted closely with product development, engineers and web developers in
order to create new products and style guides for HTML representation across all sites.
Addressed browser and color issues for on-line fidelity.
• Worked closely with consumer marketing creating online acquisition banners, targeted
html email messages for marketing and advertising efforts to develop user loyalty.
• Designed site interface for Webmail and Groupware products.
• Art directed and produced presentation and collateral designs for Corporate, Sales,
Consumer, and Human Relations divisions.
• Designed Mail.com’s primary logo, conceived and produced entire corporate identity
standards and style guide for external and internal brand usage. Create logos for other
mail.com brands such as World.com, Asia.com, Doctor.com and Usa.com.
• Managed and collaborated with 2 junior and senior staff designers, freelancers and outside
vendors for all stages of design and production of company branding materials.
• Designed PowerPoint templates for Sales, Investor Relations and corporate departments.

Interacted with art directors and copywriters to implement concepts into comps and
mechanicals. Advertisements were published in national and international websites,
newspapers, magazines and outdoor advertising. Participated in teams to win clients such
as: Heineken, Valvoline, Excite and Eddie Bauer.

Worked on short and long term assignments for print and web-related projects for

York City and New Jersey.
